A dedicated events floor provides an additional 11 meeting rooms, with executive boardrooms, a separate delegate reception and lounges. All are fully air conditioned and equipped with LCD screen-to-laptop systems and projectors, wi-fi and blackout blinds.
Initially opening with 234 rooms and all meeting space completed and later with an additional 104 rooms, the accommodation will feature air conditioning, free high speed broadband access, a spacious desk area, i-pod docking station and en suite bathroom with separate bath and power shower.
”Manchester is a thriving conference destination and we are very excited to be opening the city”s newest and largest four-star conference hotel,” said general manager, Garin Davies.
”We know conference organisers and delegates look for a great location, a range of flexible meeting facilities to support their events and a conference service that is attentive, reliable and consistent. I firmly believe that we are developing a hotel and team that can meet these needs ” and exceed them.”
