RITZ LONDON: Although not linked in any financial sense with the Ritz-Carlton hotel company, the privately owned Ritz Piccadilly, the grandest of London”s grand hotels, has signed a marketing agreement which takes in the Atlanta Georgia based company”s worldwide reservation system. The Ritz-Carlton Group currently manages 48 hotels and resorts around the world with a dozen more under construction. Last week the London Ritz hosted the Queen at a private party given by friends of the Royal Family to celebrate the Jubilee year.
