The Langham Hospitality Group has launched a loyalty scheme designed specifically for SMEs.
The Optimum Programme gives small and medium sized businesses access to corporate rates and benefits they normally wouldn’t be able to gain due to low volume of rooms booked.
The scheme is aimed at companies that occupy 20 to 50 room nights a year.
Following enrolment, benefits of membership include exclusive rates; preferential rates for Langham Club Room and Suite accommodation; a dedicated sales representative for each firm; and airline partner miles accrual for all travellers in the company.
Buyers can also earn rewards for every reservation made at any of the group’s hotels.
Simon Manning, vice president of sales and marketing, said: "We understand that in today's dynamic and competitive business environment, SMEs need to strive to maximise and provide optimum value for every dollar spent.
"Langham has specifically created the Optimum Programme to provide these SME businesses that usually do not have the volume to qualify for the preferential rates, can now enjoy benefits and corporates rates when they stay with us."
Travellers of the optimum members will also be invited to enrol in the hotel group’s Gateway loyalty programme.
