The Park Atlantic Hotel Porto will undergo a refurbishment and emerge as Crowne Plaza Porto this autumn. The hotel features 161 deluxe rooms, 29 executive rooms and 42 suites, 11 meeting rooms and restaurant.
The Park Atlantic is located in the business district and is located 15 minutes from the airport.
IHG chief development officer Robert Shepherd, said: “Lisbon is one of the most visited tourist destinations in southern Europe and the signing of Intercontinental Lisbon overlooking the city of Lisbon and Park Edouardo VII is a significant development for the brand in this region.
“Equally, Crowne Plaza Porto will be a meetings destination in its own right and well placed to provide quality accommodation and meeting support to business travellers and companies in the area.”
