Hilton has introduced an online meetings and events booking tool as part of its drive to increase online bookings to 25% by 2009. The website offers a search facility of Hilton conference facilities worldwide, as well as the option to book rooms. It includes virtual tours and informs the customer of capacity and dimensions.
Customers are also able to request a 24-hour proposal direct to the hotel of interest, and Ebrochures can be tailored for meetings and event delegates and emailed or downloaded. Enewsletter subscription is also available with all the latest offers and promotions.
Hilton International director business products and promotions Jude Bissert said: ”The new website provides customers with a functional, up to date and hassle free online facility and is part of our drive to deliver a consistent and easy to use global product.”
