Serviced apartments operator Frasers Hospitality will be highlighting its plans for expansion during the Business Travel Show.
The Singapore-based company is planning to add 12 new properties this year, with the focus on expansion in China and the Middle East.
Valerie Dhieux, Frasers’ director of sales and marketing for Europe and Middle East, said the company was also planning to refurbish its European properties.
She said: “In 2014, we will have more apartments on offer especially in China and the Far East, with further properties in our Middle East portfolio also due to open.
“Another property in Bahrain will open, plus two in Saudi Arabia. More expansion is also planned in Dubai and Doha.”
As part of the company’s European refurbishment programme, Frasers has already completed a multi-million refurbishment of its London Queens Gate property, including the redesign of all 105 apartments.
Fraser Suites Glasgow has also been refurbished while 12 new studios are being added to Fraser Canary Wharf in London taking its total to 108.
Frasers Hospitality will have 86 properties in 45 cities and a total of 15,000 apartments, including its current expansion plans.
