Serviced apartments operator Frasers Hospitality is launching a 24-hour global call centre to help clients with reservations and property information.
The Singapore-based company, which purchased the Malmaison and Hotel du Vin boutique hotel brands earlier this year, said the call centre is being run in partnership with Sabre Hospitality Solutions.
Frasers said the initiative is part of its growth strategy which aims to have 30,000 units in its portfolio by 2019. The company currently has 21,000 units.
Valerie Dhieux, director of sales and marketing for Frasers Hospitality Europe and Middle East, said: “With the growth of our global footprint comes the need to be efficient, timely and accessible in engaging our customers wherever they are.”
She added that the call centre would “improve the consistency of our service” by providing instant confirmation of bookings and the ability to capture better data.
Frasers has also announced its first property in Switzerland. Fraser Suites Geneva, which opens in mid-December, is located in Geneva's Old Town. The property will have 67 each with a fully-equipped kitchen.
