Easyhotel has announced the opening of a new property in Prague.
The 88-room hotel will open on June 5 and is located on the west side of the city centre.
All rooms are air-conditioned, fully heated and equipped with wireless internet access, a television and en-suite bathroom.
The opening comes as the hotel chain as the company saw revenues jump 104 per cent to £2.5 million, but profits cut due to expansion costs.
Easyhotel said pre-tax profits rose 7 per cent to £300,000 in the six months to March 2015, which the company said was due to high start up costs to expand the business.
The total number of rooms increased by 12 per cent over the period and occupancy rates in the hotels it owns hit 69 per cent, which the company said was impressive during the off-peak season.
The budget hotel group is focusing on opening more Easyhotel-owned properties, including a new site in Liverpool, which is currently awaiting planning permission.
