Marriott International will manage its fourth Courtyard by Marriott in Dubai at Jebel Ali under a long-term contract signed this week at the Arabian Travel Market with Integra International FZCO.
It will be the group”s 16th branded property in the Emirate, and located on the corner of Sheikh Zayed Road, near the Jebel Ali Zone.
The Courtyard by Marriott Jebel Ali will feature two restaurants, a main meeting room divisible into six sections and 6,000 sq ft (557 sq m) of function space.
”Courtyard was developed around what business travellers told us they want in a hotel,” said Marriott International president and managing director of international lodging Ed Fuller.
”At nearly 800 hotels worldwide, Courtyard has become the preferred choice for those travellers who want freedom from routine but who also want to get as much out of their time while travelling for business and leisure.”
Courtyard by Marriott has plans to open another eight properties during the next three years
