Citadines has confirmed five of its properties have received the Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP) 'Quality Accreditation Marque'.
Owned by The Ascott Limited, Citadines Apart’hotels Barbican, Holborn-Covent Garden, South Kensington, St Mark’s-Islington and Trafalgar Square have all been awarded the industry’s first ever quality accreditation.
The ASAP Quality Programme assesses operators’ apartments against more than 250 service quality, regulatory and safety criteria, and the ‘Accreditation Marque’ is only awarded to those operators that attain the necessary level of compliance and meet the assessment criteria.
Rebecca Hollants Van Loocke, regional general manager UK, Germany, Georgia, The Ascott Limited said: “The ASAP Quality Assessment Programme and Accreditation Marque reassure guests who want to know they’ll be getting a consistent experience.
“With the current safety and security issues facing online sharing platforms, this recognised quality accreditation programme is a boost for serviced apartment and apart’hotel providers.”
