Online booking agency Booking.com has added its one-millionth property to its portfolio of hotels.
The milestone has been reached following the addition of Greydon House, a new boutique hotel in Nantucket, Massachusetts, to Booking.com’s inventory.
The Priceline Group-owned OTA has been increasingly targeting corporate travel following the launch of Booking.com for Business launched in April 2015.
The brand also attended this year’s Business Travel Show in London, as well as striking deals with corporate technology specialists Concur and KDS.
Gillian Tans, CEO of Booking.com, said: “Empowering travellers with diversity and choice has always been at the core of our mission at Booking.com.”
The OTA has doubled the number of properties on its website in the last two years and now offers more than 23 million bookable rooms, including 7.2 million rooms in homes, apartments, villas and other non-hotel categories of accommodation.
