BMI has added Alicante and Nice to its Pet Travel Scheme network, allowing passengers to travel with their pets on the daily direct services. The additions take the number of Pet Travel Scheme routes to and from Heathrow to seven: Alicante, Amsterdam, Brussels, Madrid, Milan (Linate), Nice and Palma. BMI, the UK's second largest full service scheduled carrier, was the first UK registered airline to introduce the Pet Travel Scheme in March 2000 and has carried over 2,000 pets since. http://www.bmicargo.com
