Global technology company, Worldspan, has introduced two new mid-office solutions designed to reduce administration costs and improve agent sales.
OfficeSelect is a standalone software system that provides mid-office tools to support agency billing, customer data management and agency marketing. All traveller and booking data, including transaction details and payment records, is available through the solution.
Agencies can print invoices and itinerary receipts, generate reports, and export billing data to a selected back-office system. It also supports agency marketing, enabling agents to target the most relevant advertising for their travellers.
DataSource is a solution that automates the transfer of booking and billing administration data to mid or back-office systems. It gives real-time, electronic transfer of data on all bookings generated through Worldspan technology packages.
The two new systems capture all data on booking created through Worldspan Go! And Worldspan TourSelect.
