Event planners using Wyboston Lakes conference and training centre's online booking tool are now being automatically offered alternative dates if their first choice is not available.
The upgraded system enables users to access availability of meeting spaces and clients can also check their preferred negotiated rates.
The site has interactive photographs of the various room layouts, and organisers can also book ancillary services, including audio-visual equipment and food and drink. Wyboston Lakes, (left) is set in 350 acres of countryside on the Cambridgeshire/Bedfordshire border, within easy reach of the M1, A1 and London King's Cross station.
The property has three conference centres offering flexible space for mid-week or weekend residential conferences, training days, product launches, team-building and corporate hospitality events.
