Nothing to do about travel but we like this one.
”It has just been reported that a clairvoyant dwarf has just escaped prison.
Police announced they are looking for a small medium at large”.
It does seem that we were wrong with the spelling of Kirkwall last week. It is definitely spelt that way (and not Kirkwell as per a local web site), the only alternative the Norse spelling "kirkjuvagr" according to the Orkney Tourist Board. We also got the Pentland Firth muddled up with its Moray counterpart 100 miles to the south west but that is far better than being disorganised with another not very large western isle ”sweet Rockall”.
