Travel data aggregation and itinerary intelligence specialist Traxo has announced that it will debut a new solution designed to help SMEs monitor and manage their business travel activity.
Traxo Connect for SME will debut next week at the GBTA Convention in San Diego. It is a new corporate travel data management solution designed for companies with under US$10 million in annual travel spend and/or unmanaged programmes.
Based on Traxo’s existing platform, the new tool includes Traxo Filter, which provides real-time data capture when employees book travel without the need for them to forward emails, whether they book direct with an airline, hotel or rental car site or through online meta-search tools. It also features a dashboard with a visualisation of a company’s current booking activity and spend.
Travel managers or those looking after travel spend also receive real-time visibility into all employee itineraries, as well as access to downloadable reports to track past and future planned spend.
The solution also integrates hotel price monitoring by Tripbam, which ensures companies can rebook rooms if a lower price becomes available, as well as flight delay compensation support from Airhelp.
