TakeTwo Travel Solutions has signed an agreement with Serko to offer the Zeno by Serko booking tool to its clients, the companies announced.
TakeTwo CEO Chris Thelen in a statement said the start-up TMC chose to partner with Serko because of "Zeno's consumer-friendly interface and the speed with which the Serko team is able to get our clients up and running on the booking platform."
The companies said multiple TakeTwo clients adopted the Zeno platform last year, and more client launches are expected this year, "with preparations already underway to onboard our first batch of EMEA-based customers," said the company.
It added: "The deployment of the Zeno product was accelerated with TakeTwo wins in the US market and was implemented groupwide. EMEA is scheduled in the next phase of deployment."
The London-based TMC launched in 2021 and expanded to the US a few months later. In August 2022 the company joined the GlobalStar TMC network and currently reports a presence in more than 85 countries.
