Travel technology company QuadLabs has launched a new automation platform for travel management companies, agencies and travel platforms.
Dubai-based QuadLabs said that the Konnect Absolute platform was designed to help users reduce manual processes, through automated quality control, file finishing to standardise booking data, and automated ticketing and fulfilment.
The system, which is available globally, can validate bookings and move the finalised data into a TMC or agency's financial and back-office systems, added the company.
QuadLabs already partners with Saudi Arabian carrier Saudia to develop a corporate management tool, and Bahrain-based TMC Kanoo, which built a travel management tool on QuadLabs' platform.
The company also took part in the Business Travel Innovation Faceoff at Business Travel Show Europe in London in 2023, but lost out to traveller identity network Travlr ID.
