Marlin Apartments has announced partnerships with Sky and Maxxton.
The deals means the serviced apartment operator will install Sky TV across all of its six London properties in a five-year deal and will adopt Maxxton’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Following the trial of Sky TV at its London Bridge and Canary Wharf properties this summer, Marlin will make a wide selection of entertainment channels, including 11 movie and seven sport channels, available in the apartments.
The deal with Maxxton will provide Marlin with a single database solution to its property management including housekeeping and maintenance, as well as a CRM system featuring “extensive business analysis”.
Marlin Apartments MD Susan Cully, said: “While providing business and leisure travellers with a comfortable home-from –home environment has always been at the forefront of Marlin’s business, we believe the addition of Sky TV in our apartments will further empower our guests to personalise their stay.”
“By working with Maxxton on a personalised ERP system, we are hoping to provide our staff with a solution which will increase efficiency to better serve our guests. Most importantly, new features such as an integrated CRM will help us gain a thorough understanding of the needs of our guests,” she said.
