Carlsberg has agreed a deal with KDS to use its travel and financial expense management platform KDS Neo.
The drinks giant said its initial focus will be on improving processes surrounding the management of employees’ expenses, with travel management issues “addressed later”.
The travel and expense firm said KDS Neo enables companies to reduce expense claim input, processing and reconciliation times by up to 80 per cent against traditional spreadsheet-based claims processes.
“Today’s organisations need solid processes to govern financial expense compliance, optimize their employee expense claim processes and door-to-door corporate travel bookings,” said Dean Forbes, CEO of KDS.
“Corporations just have to manage these processes effectively benefiting their bottom-line and their employees and we are delighted to welcome Carlsberg to our customer community.”
KDS’ Forbes was named in BBT’s 2015 Hotlist.
