The Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) and German travel buyer association VDR have unveiled a Centre Stage panel focused on accommodation for the upcoming conference in Berlin next month.
Moderated by industry veteran Bernd Schulz, CEO of business travel software company i:FAO, the panel is set to take place on Thursday, 29 November. The session will feature a panel of executives from a range of accommodation providers, who will explore the impact of technology on the way they meet the needs of business travellers today and in the future.
Panellists include:
- Ripsy Bandourian, senior director of partnerships and Booking.com for Business at Booking.com
- Martin Biermann, CPO of HRS Global Hotel Solutions
- Lennert de Jong, CCO of Citizenm hotels
- Eric-jan Krausch, CEO of Acomodeo

The GBTA Conference 2018 Berlin in Partnership with VDR takes place at the Estrel Congress Center from 27-29 November and will bring together more than 60 industry speakers and 50 exhibitors from around the globe. The theme of Momentum is designed to address the rapid acceleration of change within the business travel industry.
