Lufthansa City Center has launched a new booking tool, built on Atriis Technologies capabilities, for its partner agencies' small and midsized clients, the agency franchise organisation announced.
The platform, LCC Nexus, provides a single interface for travellers to book flights, hotels, rail and airport shuttles, combining content from multiple reservations systems, including direct New Distribution Content connections.
Agents can process and service bookings through the platform with a dedicated desktop tool, and the platform also includes a mobile app for travellers.
"LCC Nexus gives Lufthansa City Center partners the technology muscle to compete on their own terms, instead of playing by the rules of the big closed and biased platforms," Atriis chief sales officer Kai-Gordon Weiland said in a statement. "They combine state-of-the-art travel technology, global content and efficient processes with their greatest strength: close personal relationships."
The platform connects with TMC software provider Midoco and profile management software Umbrella Faces, and it also works with Squake for carbon emissions management, the companies said.
With the platform, LCC agencies will be able to offer clients digital self-booking technology while maintaining their personal services, the companies said.
A dozen LCC partner agencies have been using the platform with corporate clients since June, and that has provided feedback for its wider rollout.
LCC is the fifth largest TMC network in BTN Europe’s Leading TMCs 2026 report.
