Virgin Atlantic has appointed Kerry Douglas to the position of head of corporate sales.
Previously head of specialist and regional sales, Douglas will continue to report into GM of sales, Scott Davies, in her new role and will be responsible for sales strategy across the corporate sector.
“The corporate market is a key focus for Virgin Atlantic and this year we will see a whole host of developments which will benefit the business traveller,” said Douglas.
“We are taking delivery of our new 787s which all fully connected with on board wifi, a new Clubhouse opens in Los Angeles and our network expands with new routes between London Heathrow and Detroit and Manchester and Atlanta. I am thrilled to be taking up this new role at such an exciting time for the airline.”
Douglas joined Virgin Atlantic in 1998 and has been part of Virgin Atlantic’s sales team since 2000. She held positions in the global and multinational sales team before heading up national and regional sales. In 2013 she was promoted to head of specialist and regional sales.
