UK-based Travel Counsellors for Business has added four new recruits to its business development team with the appointment of Ross Byatt, Suzy Rand, Sam Parsons and George Ogden as business development managers.
Byatt has held similar roles at Rickshaw Travel and Corporate Traveller UK, and most recently served as an account executive for SaS company PubNub.
Parsons has also worked as a sales development executive at Corporate Traveller in the UK and in Australia.
Rand, meanwhile, joins the group from Dawson & Sanderson Corporate Travel, and brings more than 25 years’ experience in corporate travel sales and B2B services to her new role.
Ogden, who joined Travel Counsellors through the company’s graduate programme in 2021, has held a sales enablement role since 2023 and will now focus on driving growth within the SME market as part of the business development team.
All four BDMs will support new client acquisition and the company’s franchised business owners. The appointments take the organisation’s business development team up to 12 members after Daniel Olowu and Vicky Higgs joined the group in May.
