Travel Counsellor's Aisha Battersby
Travel Counsellors has named
Aisha Battersby as its head of product and operations,
a new roleto help support the TMC’s franchisees in boosting the booking
and travel experiences they provide for their clients.
Battersby
joins the company after ten years at the Flight Centre Travel Group where she
most recently was head of customer experience for Flight Centre Business
Travel. She also brings experience in strategic account management and also
worked for the company’s Corporate Traveller and Stage and Screen Travel Services
arms.
The
company says it has onboarded 40 new corporate independent consultants who have
launched their new businesses during the pandemic.

Counsellors Corporate MD, Kieran Hartwell, said, “Aisha’s skills and experience

offering for both Travel Counsellors and their clients, supporting our business

Battersby

there is a bubbling appetite to get back on the road, but a huge need to ensure

required, supporting travellers to feel comfortable and helping employers to
know that every care is being taken to ensure traveller wellbeing.”
