Silverrail has appointed Phil Dixon has chief information officer.
The rail technology firm said as it grows to support an increasing number of rail carriers internationally, he will be building operations infrastructures and teams across all locations.
Dixon has spent more than 20 years in technology and operations providing industry-leading service and support in large-scale software as a service models.
He joins Silverrail after five years at Google where he helped build an operations team within mergers and acquisitions, facilitating technology integrations of acquired companies.
