Nisha Botevyle
Sabre has appointed Nisha Botevyle to the technology firm’s new role of UK country director as it focuses on growth in this market.
Botevyle and her expanded team will be responsible for acquiring, consulting and supporting Sabre’s customers in the UK.
Richard Addey, regional director, western Europe and South Africa for Sabre Travel Solutions, said: “The creation of a new country director position and expansion of the UK team shows our commitment to supporting our partners in this strategically important area.
“Nisha is a dedicated and experienced commercial director with excellent industry contacts, and I am extremely excited to see her start a new chapter for Sabre in the UK.”
Before joining Sabre, Botevyle spent 15 years at fellow travel technology specialist Amadeus, where she held several roles, including head of online and partnerships, and head of leisure account management for the UK. She was most recently airline partnership management for western Europe.
“Our new team structure gives us a 360 view of the travel ecosystem, with broad expertise, which will enable us to advise and support our customers even better, helping them to reconnect travel across the world,” added Botevyle.
Sabre has already bolstered its UK team with the addition of Madina Ibrahim as sales and account manager and Ruth Scaife as senior sales and account manager. While Neil Morgan has been recruited as senior sales executive, dedicated to agencies and partners.
Botevyle is also currently recruiting for more staff to further strengthen the UK team.
