SAS appoints Lönnqvist as new cfo
Scandinavian carrier SAS has appointed Mats Lönnqvist as its new chief financial officer.
Mr Lönnqvist, who also becomes deputy president of the SAS group, will take up his new roles on January 1, 2009.
He joins the airline having worked as a cfo at several companies including Esselte, Biacore and, most recently, Eniro.
Mr Lönnqvist, 54, replaces Gunilla Berg who held the cfo post for six years.
