French travel group Marietton Développement, which owns business travel brands Havas Voyages and Ailleurs Business, has made a series of changes to its senior management team.
The shake-up sees Havas Voyages’ CEO Christophe Jacquet appointed as director general of the Marietton Développement Group, with direct responsibility for all group companies and central functions.
Havas Voyages’ deputy CEO Gregory Baumann has been promoted to CEO of the TMC, as well as leisure travel brand Auchan Voyages.
The company said this internal promotion would ensure “operational continuity and the continuation of the performance dynamics of these two brands”. Havas Voyages was ranked as the fourth largest TMC in France in 2025.
Other changes will see Arnaud Abitbol take up the position of vice president of acquisitions, as well as continuing his role in charge of Havas Voyages’ franchises, while Stéphane Abitbol has been appointed vice president of product.
In a statement, Marietton Développement said the changes would support its “growth trajectory” and allow it to meet its challenges.
The company has also created a strategic committee to “further structure its long-term vision”, which is chaired by Marietton’s president Laurent Abitbol and will include both Jacquet and Baumann as members.
