Cardiff Airport has appointed Kerry Quinn as operations director.
She joined the Welsh capital's airport from Durham Tees Valley Airport, where she had been airport Director since 2008.
Quinn had spent 10 years at Durham's airport, starting out as head of HR and moving through a number of roles including landside operations manager, head of airport services and director of operations.
In her new role, she is responsible for managing all aspects of Cardiff airport’s operations, including regulatory compliance for safety and security. She will also look to develop the infrastructure and service capability of the airport, as well as its overall strategic development.
Quinn reports directly to Cardiff Airport Managing Director, Patrick Duffy, and is a member of the airport board.
