Luxury hotel company Jumeirah Group has appointed a new operations director at Jumeirah Carlton Tower hotel in London.
Russell Durnell joins the group from Palazzo Versace and has also held leadership positions at Langham Hospitality, W Hotels and Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
Jumeirah Carlton Tower team, general manager, Katie Benson, said: “I am delighted that Russell is returning to the UK to lead operations at the hotel, helping to build on its already impressive credentials and to enhance the guest experience wherever possible."
