FCm Travel Solutions has promoted Jo Greenfield to brand leader.
Greenfield joined FCm parent company Flight Centre in 1999 as a retail travel consultant at the firm’s Goodge Street branch.
Roles have have included opening and managing various Flight Centre offices in London, as well as area leadership positions. Since August 2011 she has held the post of operations leader for FCm in the south east.
