The InterContinental London – The O2, has enhanced its senior team with two newly created operational roles.
Tim Reynolds will take on the role of director of operations - F&B and Heather Hamilton (pictured) joins the team as director of operations - rooms.
Reynolds joins from Sofitel London Gatwick, where most recently he held the position of acting general manager, previously having been hotel manager, since August 2014.
Prior to joining Sofitel London Gatwick, he held a number of roles with Guoman Thistle Hotels, including operations manager at the Royal Trafalgar by Thistle and Thistle Piccadilly and Front of House Manager at Thistle Euston and The Kingsley by Thistle.
Hamilton joins from the Park Plaza Group where she held a number of roles across the portfolio including opening general manager, front of house manager and interim general manager.
