Fletcher takes over at The Tower
Guoman Hotels has appointed Ian Fletcher as its new general manager at The Tower Hotel in London.
Mr Fletcher, who has 13 years' experience in the hotel industry, was previously manager at another Guoman London property, the Cumberland.
He has also previously worked for Hilton in Birmingham and as resident manager at the Bath Spa Hotel.
