Bumm. formerly FCm regional manager for central Europe, has been appointed to the new role following FCm’s move to split its EMEA partner network into two regions. Bumm and Ciarán Kelly, who becomes general manager of the MEA network, are replacing current general manager of EMEA, Brian Donnelly who is retiring on June 30, 2012.
