Widener expands role at CWT
Floyd Widener has expanded his role at Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) adding global programme management to his current position of vp global sales EMEA.
Mr Widener will take up his new responsibilities from April with the new title of vp sales and global programme management EMEA.
He will be based in CWT's Paris headquarters and report to Cathy Voss, executive vp global programme solutions, and Håkan Ericsson, president EMEA and Latin America.
He takes over his new role from Jim Tweedie, previously executive vp global management programme, who is leaving the company after 25 years.
Mr Widener, a 43-year-old Californian, joined CWT in 2006 from Sabre Travel Network
