Corporate travel consultancy Festive Road has announced that Katie Virtue is to act as client solutions lead, in addition to her current role as a consultant.
In her expanded role, Virtue will develop Festive Road’s global client footprint in key sectors and develop solutions for customers. Virtue first joined the UK-based consultancy in 2018.
Festive Road’s managing partner Caroline Strachan said: “This step up within the company demonstrates the faith we have in Katie and how personally invested we are in the expansion of the company and future of the sector.”
The consultancy has also produced a new report outlining eight trends that will shape travel management in 2022 and beyond.
These trends include the future of work, ESG (environmental, social and governance), dynamic content and the impact of the increased use of API-based technology on buyers.
“As part of our mission to create better travel and meetings management we’re providing the report for general release so that everyone can consider the trends which will shape our eco-system and future travel programmes,” said Strachan.
