Travel management company Fello has appointed Brett Rance to the newly created role of operations director following the launch of the brand earlier this year.
Rance, who will sit on the Fello board and report to CEO Simone Buckley, brings extensive industry knowledge from roles at companies such as Interglobe Technologies, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and BCD Travel, where he held numerous senior roles in global operations and account management over 26 years.
Buckley commented: “I am delighted that Brett has joined the Fello board of directors. This is a crucial appointment in relation to the development of Fello and it has taken us a long time to find someone with the right experience, who shares our passion for service excellence and our vision for how this should be delivered in today’s high-tech environment. Brett has a breadth of knowledge that comes from many years working across most areas of business travel, from setting up operations in a variety of different countries around the world, to managing a global out-of-hours service centre. It is exciting to be working with such an enthusiastic individual who has such a depth of operational and account management expertise.”
Rance added: “I’m so pleased to be joining at the beginning of this exciting journey and to be able to use my years of experience to contribute to the growth of the Fello brand. I’m looking forward to leading the charge as we continue to innovate and deliver a premium quality, ruthlessly efficient service for our customers through these changing and challenging times.”
