Diversity Travel has appointed a customer relations expert to its senior team.
Jean Crisp (pictured) joins the travel management company with more than 20-years experience in similar roles.
Crisp has worked across a number of sectors and for a variety of companies and organisations including Alliance & Leicester, Co-operative Food, Liverpool Football Club and the Shop Direct Group.
Diversity Travel offers tailored travel management services to over 2,000 clients in the charity, academic and not-for-profit sector including Save the Children International, Marie Stopes International and Action Aid. The company has experienced steady year-on-year growth since forming in 2007.
Christopher Airey, managing director of Diversity Travel, said: “With experience which spans across Premier League football to financial services as well as travel, Jean is the clear fit for this new role. Our customer service offering is commended by those that use it but we want to ensure that as we grow as a company, so too does our service and Jean has exceptionally strong skills in this area.
“Jean will work closely with all departments to monitor quality standards and drive continuous improvement by developing key areas of Diversity Travel’s commercial focus, business strategy and implementation.”
