Capita Travel and Events CEO Paul Boyle (pictured) has stepped down after 15 months in the role.
Boyle, who started his role at the beginning of 2014, will be replaced by former CEO James Parkhouse.
Capita declined to comment on the reasons for Boyle's departure.
Parkhouse led the travel management firm for six years before being promoted to executive director of Capita's Workspace Services Division, which includes Capita Travel and Events.
A spokesperson said: “Paul Boyle, chief executive of Capita Travel and Events, has left the company. Paul has helped lead the business through significant transformation, and we thank him for his service over the past two years and wish him every success in the future.
“We are pleased to announce James Parkhouse, who previously led the business, will assume the role of chief executive of Capita Travel and Events, bringing with him a wealth of experience of the business.”
