CTI has boosted its senior management team with the appointment of Melanie Quinn as commercial director.
Quinn, who joined CTI in January 2016 as director of client partnerships, has been already developing CTI's customer service across all areas of the business, and will now be responsible for sales, client management and marketing, working alongside CTI's CEO, Clive Wratten.
She joined from Etihad Airways where she was sales manager, North for almost five years, and was responsible for substantially increasing revenues from the region.
Clive Wratten, CEO of CTI, said: "Melanie has quickly become an extraordinary asset to our growing CTI team since she joined us at the start of this year, and we're excited that she'll be able to use her proven expertise to even greater affect in her new role."
The company also announced today that Matthew Lambert, CTI’s operations director, is expanding his role and will now have responsibility for travel and hotel operations, in addition to implementation and procurement.
