Gemma Ryder
UK-based travel management company arrangeMY has promoted Gemma Ryder to the position of director of bids and account management.
Ryder, who has been working for arrangeMY since 2023, will also join the TMC’s board of directors following her promotion. She was previously head of bids and account management.
In her new role, Ryder will lead arrangeMY’s account management and oversee bid activity for corporate and public sector clients.
Nick Scott, managing director of arrangeMY, said: “Gemma has made a significant impact since joining arrangeMY. Her experience, commercial insight and leadership have played an important role in strengthening our position in the market.
“This appointment reflects both her contribution and the importance of strong client leadership as we continue to grow."
Ryder has been working in the corporate travel industry for more than 20 years and before joining arrangeMY worked for TravelPerk (now known as Perk), Click Travel and HRG.
“We have a fantastic team and an incredibly strong client base, and I look forward to continuing to strengthen our partnerships, develop our account management capability and support the company’s long-term growth,” added Ryder.
ArrangeMY was ranked as the 23rd largest TMC in the UK in 2025.
