London-based corporate accommodation platform AltoVita has appointed several experienced female leaders to its growing leadership team.
The business, led by co-founders Vivi Cahyadi Himmel and Karolina Saviova, has already built a network of one million properties worldwide and aims to increase this to 2.5 million properties across 20,000 locations by the end of this year.
The latest recruitment moves include Sofia Bombieri joining as AltoVita’s chief of staff, while Christina Blondheim takes up the role of director of client partnerships in the US, and Ambra Ceratto becomes director of customer success.

AltoVita recently secured $9.5 million in new funding from its Series A investment round to help fuel its global expansion. The company also featured in BTN Europe's 2023 Hotlist.
Other appointments include Lara Juan-Camps Castell as global people officer and Kinjal Amin as finance director, while Urska Blagojevic has been appointed as marketing director.
The company has also appointed Peggy Ng to help support AltoVita’s expansion in the Asia Pacific region.
AltoVita said it was “committed to diversity and inclusion” with its current workforce of 74 staff being 60 per cent female.
