Peter Ashworth
Netherlands-based travel management company ATG Travel Worldwide has appointed Peter Ashworth as managing director of Europe.
Ashworth, who has been working in the business travel industry for more than 30 years in the Benelux and northern Europe regions, will have responsibility for ATG’s regional and functional strategies, as well as improving technology and processes.
His most recent role prior to joining ATG was as managing director at serviced apartments marketplace Acomodeo, based in Frankfurt.
Ashworth will be based at ATG’s Frankfurt office and will report to Tammy Krings, the company’s CEO and leadership coach.
Krings said: “Peter’s appointment comes not only as business travel is surging, but as ATG is poised to launch our most advanced suite of travel technologies in our 27-year history.
“Under Peter’s direction, we are thrilled to introduce these exciting products to both our own clients, and the rest of Europe.”
