Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has launched hybrid meeting services to eight Dolce Hotels and Resorts by Wyndham properties in Europe, the company announced.
The services include the capability to live-stream content to separate Dolce meeting rooms in the same location, the capability to provide large-scale online conferences, as well as on-site broadcast studios connecting various Dolce hotels in Europe. Each event comes with a dedicated Dolce hybrid meeting expert and pre-event technical rehearsals.
The hybrid option also comes with optional experiences to keep attendees engaged, including specialized event moderators to promote remote participation; activities involving live music, yoga and tai chi; and hybrid team-building solutions.
Julie White, vice president commercial EMEA, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts said: “This new initiative enables us to support businesses as they transition through a new phase of remote working without compromising on the professional experience and flexibility they require. Providing an innovative service that combines elements of a physical and virtual meeting can help encourage higher attendance when faced with the current restrictions on meeting sizes and travel.”
The properties offering the new concept are located in Copenhagen and Aarhus in Denmark, Sitges in Spain, Bad Nauheim in Germany, Ixia and Brauron in Greece, Turcifal in Portugal and Brussels in Belgium.
