MANCHESTER BUSINESS TRAVEL SHOW was opened by the Guild of Business Travel Agents Parliamentary Adviser Tom Watson MP, as part of the Guild's ”Business Traveller of the Year” campaign
He called for a continuing effort to sustain consciousness of the importance of business travel to Britain”s success as a trading nation.
Held once again at Manchester”s G-MEX centre the show attracted 100 exhibitors and over 1,500 delegates during two days last week.
A typical response was from Ray Hopkins, managing director of specialist Colchester based Gray Dawes Business Travel, who said that that their fourth consecutive appearance at Manchester spoke volumes for the value of the gathering.
The London show takes place at Olympia once again next year on 4 to 6 of February.
