The Blue Fin Venue is set to open next month on the South Bank, near the river Thames.
Available for hire from November 11, the new venue has nine meeting rooms for up to 40 people, and a lounge, which can be used for a large event of up to 150.
It also has a rooftop terrace for up to 250 people, plus a lecture theatre for 96 and a wine tasting room.
The Sodexo Prestige-managed events space takes its name from 2,000 aluminium fins covering the building, designed by architect firm Allies and Morrisons.
The new venue, on the South Bank, is on the 10th floor of the Blue Fin Building, which is also home to the headquarters of IPC media.
Jenny Noon, Blue Fin Building facilities director said, "The building itself is out of the ordinary. The fins each have a metallic finish that changes the building's appearance from different viewpoints."
Noon said the event spaces are "light and airy" and can be used for "any type of event", from corporate training, to private screenings or receptions.
"A hub where many social, philanthropic and community initiatives were pioneered," she added, "Southwark is the perfect location to play host to corporate and consumer entertaining and the building perfectly."
