Events specialist Zibrant has won the contract to help organise elements of next year’s ITM conference.
The agency will co-ordinate functions such as event logistics and delegate registration for the 2014 conference which will be held at the Celtic Manor Resort in Wales on May 12-14. Zibrant has been awarded the contract following a competitive tendering process.
ITM’s head of sales and marketing Diane Steed said: “We pride ourselves on staging an event that meets the educational and networking needs of business travel and meetings buyers, and that means we work with organisations that can demonstrate creativity, attention to detail and - above all - value for money.
“Working with Zibrant will bring a fresh new approach and expertise that we were looking for to develop the conference and take it to the next level.”
The ITM conference, which has been running for more than 40 years, is expected to attract more than 350 delegates to next year’s event. This year’s conference was held at the Beaumont House Hotel in Old Windsor.
Anthony Coyle-Dowling, global sales director at Zibrant, added: “After a number of years spent enjoying the experience at the ITM Conference as delegates, we’re proud and excited to have the opportunity to now be involved in the planning of such a significant industry event.”
