Buyers attending the Business Travel and Meetings Show (BTMS) in London in February will get their own concierge service.
BTMS has appointed a team of concierges for delegates on its new hosted and executive buyer programme, in a bid to increase the number of top rate European buyers that attend the show.
Under the scheme, buyers will be offered complimentary travel and accommodation and a tailored, pre-arranged itinerary.
Susanna Baker, group marketing manager at Centaur Travel Group, which owns and runs the show, promised an "interesting and valuable programme" for visiting travel buyers.
She said the aim is to attract the "crème de la crème" of buyers to the show and provide them with "all the right information and assistance for them to get the most out of their visit".
The scheme builds on the "significant investment" in the hosted buyer programme in 2009, when the number of UK buyers visiting the show with budgets in excess of £3 million increased by 319%.
The Business Travel and Meetings Show will take place on February 8 and 9, 2011, at Earls Court in London.
