EBACE, the European business aviation exhibition and convention has begun at Geneva's impressive PALEXPO centre today (Tuesday 22 May). The seven hall venue conveniently adjoins the international airport, with the show running until Thursday.
With the big four aircraft manufacturers, Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier and Embraer all represented, plus a host of general aviation aircraft, including the new lightweight jets, displays range from a Boeing 747 interior mock-up using the roof area of the rear passenger cabin, to the first customer Sino Swearingen SJ30 mini jet, an arrival from Texas.
There are more than 350 exhibitors at Geneva, including 23 aircraft constructors and ABTN will be following up with a review of the show and convention proceedings.
